I have known Mrs. Banu for 8 years and I am happy to work with her. One of the best features of her is that she finds you really the stable and good caliber tenants. Once the tenants move in you don't have any problems about their rental payments from then on. Besides they turn out to be decent tenants who try to keep your property clean and tidy as much as possible. Last time she was able to rent out my property in 20 days after it was advertised on the market. This is great. In addition to that she was able to set the price for the rent that was above my expectations. Thanks for all hard work she has done
